Hi! I am Tiffany (she/her), founder of Farei Weddings and lead photographer for your best-day-evers. I am based in Vancouver and Toronto + available worldwide.

You'll be with the love of your life, possibly surrounded by some of the people you cherish the most — your families, your closest friends, gathered together to celebrate. We live for this, don't we all?

I’d love to be at your best-day-evers to capture the day as it unfolds… naturally, truthfully and poetically. It will be my honour to celebrate with you.

My work is deeply rooted in my commitment to mindfulness — through our time together, I invite you to truly feel a moment in its entirety, staying mindful of why you love, and what being in love means to you.

I aim to nurture a safe space where you can be your true selves. This allows me to capture your essence and reflect the love and connection you share with your loved ones.

My style is…

I utilize 120 and 135 film photography to achieve my signature, true-to-life, vibrant and poetic look. The Farei photography style isn't defined nor restricted by words like bright and airy or dark and moody.

Photography is a way to see, to observe and to reveal the special moments of your life. My advice? Be present & take it all in. My team and I will make sure that your memories are well-documented & treasured for a lifetime.

I am inspired by…

The complexity and nuances of each individual's personality and lifelong experience. The intricacies of human connections. Stories. The subtle moments. The happily unplanned.

The tranquility and groundedness of smaller towns. The water. The stimulation of a bustling big city. The ever-changing, impermanent quality of nature. The sound of raindrops after a long nap. A room of one’s own. And of course, art, music, cinema and literature.

Experience & Education

I absolutely strive to provide the best to my clients. I invest $10k+ a year studying alongside the pioneers in the industry. My mentors include world-renowned wedding, documentary, and fashion photographers (so I can provide a photojournalistic approach while adding an editorial touch to your photos).

Prior to founding Farei, I worked for a local arts council documenting events. I also hold a BA in Art History and Visual Arts and I intend to pursue a MA in Contemporary Photography in 2026.

I believe…

I believe creating a relationship that transcends the traditional client-vendor dynamic is crucial, so I open my heart fully to you — chat with me about anything! It allows for a deeper connection that is grounded in trust, authenticity, and vulnerability. Heartfelt imagery will then come naturally.

About Tiffany

Staying true to you, always.

I feel very, very deeply — and my curious observations of the world is my #1 source of inspiration. I like to keep my options open, am very spontaneous and prefer to avoid unnecessary strict routines. :)
When I am not photographing.. I still, surround myself with art. The Cinematheque in Vancouver is my favourite place in the city. When I am in Toronto, the Reference Library is my go-to, I can flip through art books all day, or biographies of film directors/photographers. Talk about having a work-life balance? :p What a blessing it is to have my passion as a career.
Another significant passion + mission of mine is animal rescue. I donate a large portion of income to organizations that I support — and I dream of opening my own shelter one day.
I am a mother of a newborn. Because of him, I continue to be inspired to love and to give.
